The lounge is nice and the pool tables are good, but the service is seriously lacking. We where here for over and hour, our waitress stopped by once with our drinks and menus then never returned. Disappointing.
Steak sandwich..... They gave the steak but correct me if im wrong but doesn't a sandwich go between bread? The fat waitress is terrible, you'll know the one she had purple hair. The cook was an over weight woman.. steak was good but sandwich... She looks like she mist have eaten a few of those in her lifetime.. how did she mess it up. Thin waitress with colored hair was awesome earlier, tip her well.
The first 2 times we ordered from here it was really good. Best fries and gravy.....decent burgers......then we ordered a clubhouse and was disappointed......then one day we ordered 2 soups to go. By the time we got home the soup that had been placed on top had melted the lid into the soup placed underneath it........we only shared the one soup. Tonight we went hoping it was just a fluke....well we ordered fish and chips with a side of gravy. And a ceaser salad..to go......we got home and found there was no gravy which we paid for and a piece of garlic bread.....not toast!!!! Ugh........not going back!!!!!
This lounge is very nice and cozy. There are plenty of tables, couches, and comfy chairs. There is a very nice fireplace right in the middle to warm up next to. There are two pool tables to use - games are $1 each. My only complaint is the staff. We weren't greeted when we came in. Once we sat down, a staff member asked if we wanted a drink. We ordered a couple beers, but we weren't offered a menu or asked if we wanted food. We weren't particularly hungry, so we didn't pursue it. The two ladies working weren't rude, but their demeanor made us feel like we weren't necessarily welcome.
