I arrived a few minutes before 12pm on Sunday (their opening time) I waited until I saw more people arrive before getting out of my vehicle and after some time noticed there was no one inside. I called the number they had posted up on the sign and someone answered stating that they were 'opening later' that day and she would be there in 15 mins. I stated 'that isn't opening late, that just means you're late.' I get it, people are late, not a big deal. The shop still had garbage on the tables from the previous day, it looked disorganized and messy. My nails are meh...(I got a full acrylic set and 1 colour on all nails, no glitter or design) they are by no stretch of the imagination amazing and for $73 dollars, I would have expected amazing. There were 2 other adults and a child there who indicated they arrived on Friday to have their nails done to a note that said we closed early and that was at 3pm. It seems as though this new start up has some ways to go in terms of consistency, quality and general professionalism. (they brought a bird in a bird cage into the store and emptied the bird feces onto a newspaper on the ground - gross but mainly very unprofessional). I am new to Hinton so I may give them another chance but they need to get it together... and quick!
