Since moving to Hinton, Alberta last year I have my car serviced at Outback Express lube & wash. I travel weekly to Fort Mcmurry where I work. That's a lot of kilometers yearly! I started noticing last week that I was dripping some oil and the engine had a burning oil smell. I stopped in today to ask if they could pin point the trouble.They quickly inspected my engine, the Tech instantly noticed that a seal had deteriorated on the oil filter. He changed the filter, topped the oil and sent us on our way, No Charge!! That in today's world is Amazing!They are fast, efficient, fun, and ya they know their stuff!! We just bought a new car, yes it will be serviced at Outback Express lube, Hinton, Alberta.Thanks guys!!!

I have always had excellent service there. I was in and out in 10 minutes today. Jin is awesome with his customers. He's very thorough and very friendly; he's so cheerful it's infectious! Thanks again, guys!
service is a hit and miss, sometimes its poor,sometimes its horrible. convenient if you live close but there are alot of place doing the same thing better
