When I booked my appointment I was informed that they spa direct billed. It wasn't until I was in the massage therapy room that I was told that they did not direct bill my company. (Blue Cross ASEBP). The room was freezing. The bed was freezing, then the therapist put cold lotion on my body. To add insult to injury the one hour massage began at 3:35 and ended at 4:25. I guess 50 really is the new 60. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
