IGA in the valley is amazing, the prices are unbeatable and the prepared food is amazing! I would suggest trying some soup in the back :)

Nice little grocery store! Its almost just like Safeway or Save On but a little smaller. Theres no self checkout and they do lock certain areas like pharmacy at night just to be careful.
Check the dates on ALL dairy products. Baaaaad at rotating stock. Will not be back.
Great staff great friendly service and a great reward points program that kind of make up for the some what outrageous prices while other products are moderately priced
