Very easy to find, good service, room in fridge was old and should have been turned on before I arrived. Very comfortable bed, pillows were not too big. Was a very good stay.
Just don't. Old, stained linens with cigarette burns, only the bed covers have been updated- blankets are brown, pilled, icky ... nothing you want to touch. Bedding is thin and worn. Carpets, furniture from the 80's, as are the towels, it seems. Hair in the tub... the staff seem kind and accommodating, but please, do not pay for a cot- they are at least 30 years old, saggy, no support, and stained...and they make YOU put the bedding on it- at least you get to see what shape the mattress is in... revolting!TV didn't work.The rooms are as "clean" as they can be, I suppose...but if everything is this run down, and it is clear the owners are pocketing ALL the profits and putting nothing into upkeep, Wyndham should DROP THIS HOTEL. Oh, and housekeeping WALKED IN TO OUR ROOM AT 10:30 WHILE KNOCKING AND ANNOUNCING HERSELF... Spend the extra 10 or 20 and get a real room.
We stopped here on our way to Jasper. There is plenty of parking, hotel is at the end of the road so easy to find off main highway. Reception was very helpful and friendly, we had a ground floor room, clean, comfortable bed, bathroom very good, clean, excellent shower, large bath, plenty hot water. Room very quiet. Hotel filled up quickly later on so guess it's popular. The manager is great, very helpful. Breakfast free and plenty of choice. We will definitely stay here when we are back in the area.
This is a great hotel to stay in! Conveniently located just outside Jasper nestled in the trees and hills. Very clean and a very welcoming staff. There is a pool AND hot tub with beautiful scenic views and breakfast every morning with coffee and hot water on tap. Very reasonably priced for everything they include. We have had a fantastic stay and plan to return! -Xera P.
My partner and I had a lovely stay at this hotel last year. The premises were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Hope to stay here again when we take our next trip to the Rockies.
