Really lovely staff. So friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed here for two nights in a jacuzzi suite while visiting for a wedding in Jasper. We were very pleased. Will look for this chain of hotels when booking elsewhere in the future as well.
The beds are very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. The common areas are a bit dated, but we didn't spend much time in them. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was quite good. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice with a big waterslide.
Amazing hotel. The staff are wonderful and the pool is quite nice. Also the breakfast is good. However, it is quite noisey.
My family had a wonderful time at this hotel. Certain rooms are pet friendly, which was great! I'll definitely be going back. It was affordable as well and the rooms were spotless. The room we had was mint! Room 109.
Rooms were very clean, beds comfy, and staff very friendly and accommodating. Wifi was quick. Pool facilities were excellent (slide is faster than it looks). I would book again.
