This hotel is OK, but old, and tired. It is small and lacking some of the modern ammenities available at the larger properties up and down the highway on either side of this one. As a business traveller, I won't stay here again because a brand new Best Western is being built next door. The room I was offered opened into the lobby itself. It was odd, so I was happily given another by very friendly staff. They aren't the issue!
We recently stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and really our only issue was the air conditioning unit was very loud but the nights got cool enough to have window open. It is in close proximity to Jasper Park. The staff are extremley accomodating and friendly and the breakfast was great to start the day. This hotel is older but clean.
Comfortable, hospitable and reasonably priced. Near numerous food outlets. Breakfast provided.
This hotel could've been much better for the price. The room smelt of mildew which came from the shower curtain. The shower head was broken. The appliances in the room looked as if they hadn't received a good wipe down in between several guests. The front end staff who we checked out with seemed very uninterested in guest satisfaction. The house cleaning woman was very inconsiderate as she began blaring music and singing loudly well up to 3 hours before check out at 11. Breakfast was supposed to be served hot and was served cold with microwave instructions On a brighter note the receptionist we checked in with was very professional and had great customer service skills Will not be returning to this location
I really do not understand the comments down belowNice and spacious and very clean rooms.The internet was superb,fast and stable.Breakfast was okay,you had to warm up some things yourself,like the omelettes,no big dealVery nice price vs quality hotel
